5 Minute Warm Sausage Dip--My Fall Party Favorite

Each season I like to change up what I'm sampeling at Thrive Home parties.  This is one of the recipes I've serving this fall.  So far it has been a hit.

When I make this at a party I like to make it in front of the guests, then while it is heating on the stove I have the host stir and let us know when it is ready.  While she is string I move on to talk about other things. I also like to talk to the guests about how they could modify the recipe, for example you could add corn, or remove the chilies etc.

5 minute Warm Sausage Dip

1 cup Thrive Freeze Dried Sausage
½ cup Thrive Freeze Dried Onion
½ cup Thrive Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese
½ cup Thrive Freeze Dried Green Chilies.

4 oz Cream Cheese  (4 oz is ½ a block)
1/2 pint Sour Cream

Tortilla Chips

Add freeze dried ingredients to a mixing bowl.  Add water to “float”  let sit 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add cream cheese and sour cream, mix well. Simmer until warm.
