Raspberry Chocolate Chip Pancakes

This is great as a hostess gift (be sure to include the directions) or as a party sample.  If I sample this at parties I make it at the party.  This idea came from Shelf Reliance Consultant  Cyndi Tree. 

Raspberry Chocolate Chip Pancakes in a jar

2 cups 10 grain pancake mix
1 cup Freeze Dried Raspberries
½ cup chocolate chips
Layer the above ingredients in a quart sized canning jar.

To make:
Combined mix with 1 1/3 cups water until smooth—do not over mix. Let sit 5 minutes.  Cook on flat griddle at 350 degrees and flip after about 1 1/2 minutes or when golden brown. Do not pat pancake after flipping. Makes 8 or 9 medium-sized pancakes.
